What is the shipping cost?

We provide FREE shipping on all orders!

Which countries do we deliver to?

We ship worldwide! We ship to customers in more than 180 countries around the world. However, there may be some regions that we are unable to. If you happen to be located in one of those regions we will contact you before processing your order.

  • Please note that due to restrictions in global logistics, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries (i) India, (ii) South Africa

How can I pay for my order?

Our store uses the PayPal Express payments gateway, which you can use to make secure payment by Debit/Credit card* or by PayPal.

  • NB. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your debit card or credit card by clicking on the 'Pay with Debit or Credit card as a guest' option in the PayPal payment pop-up window. (* If you are not seeing this option it may be because PayPal Guest Checkout is not available in your country).

What happens after I place my order?

Our fulfilment process whirls into action as soon as you place your order, as follows:

  • An order confirmation email will immediately be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
  • The shipping process will commence 24 hours after we recieve your order.
  • Tracking details will be provided within approx. 3-7 business days of your order being shipped.
  • Your order will be delivered within our quoted estimated shipping schedules for your region, as detailed on our Shipping Information page.

Notes:

  • We send order confirmation emails and shipping update emails after you have placed your order.
  • Please ensure that you provide your correct email address when you place your order. (Hotmail & Gmail users please note: If you are a user of Gmail or Hotmail then we recommend you check your spam folders or junk inbox folder, as sometimes important shipping update emails can end up in these folders).

When can I expect my package?

Most orders are delivered within approx. 10-25 business days, depending on your region and your local postal service. For our quoted estimate delivery schedules for your region, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

How do I track my shipment?

We provide shipment tracking for all orders. Your order will be updated with tracking details within approx. 3-7 business days of your order being shipped. To track your shipment, please refer to your tracking details. Your tracking details can be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.

TRACKING NOTES

  • For some shipments dispatched via free shipping, tracking details may not be updated by your local postal service until the final leg of the journey.
  • For logistical reasons, some items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
  • For most international shipments, there will be several days between tracking updates, while the package moves between regional distribution centers in transit.

What is the Cancellation policy?

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • All orders can be cancelled until they are processed for shipment.
  • Once the shipment process has started (24 hours after placing your order), you will need to wait for the item to be delivered as per our quoted estimate shipping schedules for your region, before returning the item back to us and claiming a refund.

What is the Returns policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment in the following circumstances:

  • If you did not receive the product within our Guaranteed Delivery Time (60 calendar days).
  • If you have received the wrong item.
  • If the product is faulty.
